It’s so easy to see the love between Holt & Wren never went away and all they did for 10 years was delay the inevitable. Second chance romances are some of my favorites and this was such a good example of it. It was SO fun to watch their love grow again🫶🏼 I can’t wait to read the rest of the series and catch up with the fam and see all their love stories bloom!

The emotional pull between the characters really stood out to me, and I found myself completely invested in their dynamic. Even though it’s a shorter story, it didn’t feel lacking ~ if anything, I just wanted more by the end. I’m so glad I already have several of her books on my shelves because this definitely made me excited to keep reading. A solid 4-star read and such a great introduction to her writing.
